You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by CarryDVD your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

In these Conditions:

"AGREEMENT" is this user license agreement which is an agreement between you the individual and CarryDVD;

"SOFTWARE PRODUCT" is the CarryDVD.com software product CarryDVD that is accompanying this AGREEMENT;

This software product may not be used by single entities whether "not for profit organisations" or commercial entities but may be used by a single individual.

This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install, distribute or use this copy of CarryDVD.

COMMERCIAL USE.

This License Agreement grants you the right to use the CarryDVD for personal use only. Commercial use of CarryDVD or of the work products resulting from its use is strictly prohibited under this License Agreement.

DISTRIBUTION.

Under any circumstance treat this software like any other copyrighted material except that you may make one copy for the sole purpose of making a backup copy or for archival purposes. The backup copy must include all copyright information contained in the original but must not include any other documentation accompanying this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You may make as many copies of the TRIAL VERSION as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the TRIAL VERSION not the files resulting of an installation. You are not allowed to sell the TRIAL VERSION, except for shipment and handling charges. Computer magazines are authorized to distribute it on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission. Please inform us by e-mail at sales@carryDVD.com each time you distribute the TRIAL VERSION.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies, however made, and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from CarryDVD.com.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE SOFTWARE.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES.

CarryDVD.com assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if CarryDVD.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price. CarryDVD.com advices you to take advantage of a limited TRIAL VERSION of CarryDVD to evaluate this SOFTWARE PRODUCT before purchase. The only limit the TRIAL VERSION has is that it encodes for between 5 to 10 minutes of playtime otherwise all functionalities of the full version are enabled.

All rights of any kind in CarryDVD, which are not expressly granted in this AGREEMENT are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by CarryDVD.com. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, modify or create derivative works based on this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content that is not contained in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, but which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. Use of any on-line services which may be accessed through the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be governed by the respective terms of use relating to such services.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES.

You may link to third party sites through the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The third party sites are not under the control of CarryDVD.com, and CarryDVD.com are not responsible for the contents of any third party sites, any links contained in third party sites, or any changes or updates to third party sites. CarryDVD.com are not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any third party sites. CarryDVD.com are providing these links to third party sites to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply an endorsement by CarryDVD.com of the third party site.

TRANSCODING.

You are strictly prohibited from using this Software with a commercial software or hardware product ("Commercial Product") whose purpose is to "transcode" or convert DVD video content into an alternate video format. A Commercial Product is one that directly or indirectly generates revenue for its author and/or publisher.

By accepting this licence agreement you are hereby accepting the following conditions:

This program allows you the to create an archival backup copy of a DVD, solely for the private and personal use of the owner of the DVD. You a person are the owner not a comercial entity.

You, the owner, are aware that international copyright laws prohibit the unauthorized reproduction. distribution, or exhibition of copyrighted materials.

You agree not to resell, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit this archival copy as you are aware that this is strictly forbidden.
